I ordered one of these to replace the broken one which I have used for several years. I use them when I'm on a long call because I don't like holding the phone to my ear all the time. The first one I got didn't work at all. No one could hear me speak when I was on the phone, and the plug had to be in the right place so I could hear someone else speak. When I turned the plug in the socket and tried to find the right place, all I could hear was hissing and crackling. I sent the product back for a replacement and the replacement did not help either. I could hear people talking, but the person I spoke to on the phone told me they heard constant clicking and static and even what sounded like old dial-up internet. I don't recommend spending your money on this, you can find a more expensive, better option.
