Not exactly as described

My package contains only one heat/cold therapy roll. Only the roller is filled with freezing liquid. Thought I'd put the balls in the freezer anyway just to see. But they felt just a little off the freezer and went down to room temperature almost immediately. Definitely not frozen and not heated. Although it's not cold, I like the spiky ball. But only on carpet. I tried using a spiked ball and roller on my tile and they rolled all over the place. But they work great on carpets. Due to the inability to freeze or heat the spheres and the inability to use them on a tile I believe I have been scammed and I don't think I would recommend this product. I was looking forward to the Freeze Therapy Balls but that's not what I got.
