Review on Ovia Health by Kevin Bigelow

I like that they have an app available to us when we are not in our office or at home so it can be used anywhere! It seems very easy with no training needed once you get your account set up correctly; however there were some issues getting started which was frustrating but after contacting support team member who helped me through everything this issue has been resolved as well!! Also love how quick responses from them during business hours (not just weekends). We use oVia primarily because of its ease/speediness using online portal vs paper forms etc., also great customer service provided by live chat feature whenever necessary throughout day & night time hrs.
