I bought this headset for use with a Motorola XPR 3300 I am observing a group of people on a game day at a Division 1 university. We are scattered across a large sports complex. The university ensures that we have a connection everywhere. I bought it because I need to be able to move people quickly. The sound quality in my ear is normal. I tried it earlier in the week when I just needed to listen and it didn't work when we were all in the same room, but when stretched over a large area it was fine. The main problem was that the microphone was broken and no one could understand what I was saying. Every time I tried to use it, the response asked for a replay as it was illegible. Maybe it was a bad module, but if you really need the ability to communicate I would look elsewhere.
