What I expected best in my review
You get 120 regular jar lids, 10 rings that match, and a bottle opener. They all appear to be in good shape, screw on correctly (for the 10 rings), and work as expected. I have not tried actual canning, but the three lids and rings that I tested are air tight when screwed firmly shut.
