My son has a slight delay in gross and fine motor skills. He struggled to grab the toys but wanted to gnaw and chew on them. I bought this because I could get his hand in the toy and he could chew on it without a strong grip and now he was dropping it. He liked the way it felt against his gums and could play with it for a long time without dropping it (which gets him excited when he drops it). I'm so glad I bought it! It solved my problem, it's very cute, it easily attaches to a pacifier clip and can be attached to a baby, stroller, etc., and it's made from a single piece of material so there's no chance the parts can break off etc., it also makes it more hygienic and easier to clean.
