I got this camera for my sister for Mother's Day to replace a broken camera. We tried Zoom and she then tried xSplit Vcam software. The picture was clear and the sound clear. You can even hear her fan in the background. Pros: Privacy cover Dual microphone - clear audio Clear image (best to use in a well-lit room) Adaptive mounting on monitor, laptop, tripod or standalone Compatible with other camera apps (including Windows 10, Manycam, Youcam, Xsplit Vcam, Zoom and Skype ) The camera head has an adjustable position for recording from any angle. (I placed it above me and was able to tilt my head down to shoot down.) Indicator light to let you know when the camera is on Cons: Not suited to dim lighting Foscam also has impeccable customer service. I had several questions about the product and reached out to them for answers. Frank was professional, very responsive and patient to give me the right answers. He checked if I was happy with the product and said I could contact him anytime. Foscam continues to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced with a product.
