Better than the original (in my case)
I got a new LG LRFDS3006 that was installed last week. Immediately there was water on the shelf under the water filter. I tried reinstalling the o-rings, even lubricated the o-rings with vegetable oil, it still flowed. Tried to negotiate with the retailer/manufacturer and it would take forever. Meanwhile, the water is still dripping. Desperate I bought this product from Revain, it was delivered the next day and I installed this water filter in place of the original filter that came with the fridge. Voila! There are no more leaks. I highly recommend.
