I love it because its simple to use without any coding or tech knowledge required! It's easy for anyone who know nothing about technology but just how they want things done in their business with ease!! The only thing i dislike at this time are some minor bugs/issues which can be easily fixed by updating them as soon as possible so there wont have anything negative from my side after using lead gen Suite since last 4 years now.
