There were no instructions on how to use the shields

I searched YouTube for instructions and really couldn't find anything except a few negative reviews. I then placed a return and was told not to return the item and received the credit - no problem but now I need to figure out how to get rid of it. Use oven liners and the like, so I figured they'd work the same. It didn't seem when you watched different youtubes
