This outfit looks really good. Misty is a real gentleman! However, he is a small cat and usually small dog clothes fit him well or are a bit loose. This one was tight so you can order one size up. The design of the outfit itself is fitted, with a long front closure and narrow sleeves. A bow tie is a separate item. It has an adjustable elastic strap, but especially with a cat I would be concerned about it not getting caught on things.
