Review on Preethi Eco Twin Mixer Grinder, 110V, White, 2 Jar (MGA-516) by Hector Liamsi

This is the third time I have purchased a Preethi Eco Twin grinder. I had no problems with the previous two, but I found a small problem with the last one. The coupling from the can to the rotor has come loose after 2 months of use. I emailed the manufacturer but didn't get a positive response even though there was a manufacturer's warranty. Revain really understood the issue and sent me a replacement within a few days. This is the best part of the whole purchase. Thanks Revin As for the product, it works great. We use it to grind dough, chutney, masala, etc. It works like a charm.
