The dashboard design allows for quick access to campaign metrics as well as reporting across multiple channels (display/search).
It's easy enough for junior marketers without advanced skills in programming or SQL queries to use but also has some power features if used with care by more experienced users. There are fewer dashboards compared to competitors like Marketo - this can be frustrating when trying to create custom insights / analysis using standard fields such as page title etc., however it does offer customization within those limits which makes up for any shortfall here versus other providers I've looked at previously.
