I bought these as I needed a replacement for my existing old and used one. I bought the last two from a restaurant supplier. Because of the pandemic, I didn't dare to go this route. So I found this on Revain and HOPED it was commercial quality. The price was the same but the quality was definitely not the same. Used the first one yesterday in a 350 degree oven while making a quiche. After only a few minutes of heating up, the pan bounced up the corner and basically stayed warped until the baking was over. Needless to say, the cake suffered and there were large puddles of burnt custard filling in the pan (although most were covered with foil). Definitely NOT happy with this purchase.
