Review on 🔌 Breville Electric Kettle, 2.3L Capacity, Glass, Efficient Heating by Ebony Brown

The lid of the teapot opens spontaneously. The automatic switch does not always turn off the kettle after boiling water. I have to watch it all the time for security reasons. The two pins on top that hold the lid fell off and got lost somewhere. This device is unreliable and not worth the money I paid for. The customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. The chat on their site is always offline. The representative on the phone was clueless and didn't understand any jargon. She said she would call me back but didn't. So I have no choice here.
