I like that you can set a reminder to receive an email or text message with the arrival time of your driver. This makes it easy for me to plan my day around my deliveries. The app isn't as good as other apps, i would recommend using the website because it's simple and easy to use. Also, I like being able to pick up my packages in the afternoon instead of being stuck waiting at my house during the morning hours. Sometimes I have problems where I call and they don't answer so that's something I would like to improve. It helps to be able to get reminders with the arrival times of my driver. Now I am not stuck waiting at home all day until my driver arrives to drop off my package. This is great to keep me from being bored all day!
