I ordered this because I was looking for something for my overly groomed cat (the most likely reason was the stress of moving...). After reading another cat owner's reviews of over grooming a cat, I went ahead and got myself a medium. The quality was really good! Not too thin that it breaks easily, but not too thick either, which makes it perfect for our cat not to overheat since we use a heater at home. Unfortunately I underestimated the size of my cat so it was a bit tight for her…>> >>> The package came with a business card saying that if I have a problem I don't have to return the product Product to Amazon, but send them a message with the contact information provided and they will replace it. Wonderful customer service ✨ Quick response and despite mentioning there might be a delay in sending the replacement, the item arrived in just two days! The big one fits perfectly. While waiting for a replacement I bought another one, XL for my dog. I'll update the pic with the picture when I get the chance.
