Review on Promithi Effort-Saving Kitchen Knife: Japanese High Stainless Steel Blade with Physics-Driven Design for Ultimate Cutting and Slicing Experience by James Daniels

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My most important kitchen and dining knife

I only bought this knife to try it out. I work in the kitchen and thought this would be a good testing ground. We liked it so much that the owner bought us more. The handle is comfortable and the slight curvature of the blade makes it ideal for cutting vegetables. It's a comfortable weight that allows it to do most of the work for you without tiring you out. It holds its edge surprisingly well, better than most kitchen knives. It has become our go-to knife for most situations.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
