Review on 🍫 Quest Nutrition High Protein Bars: Fuel Your Quest with 2.12 Ounce Bars, 12 Count Pack by Ryan Pal

I have been using Quest protein bars for weight loss for the last two years after gastric sleeve surgery. I've never had a problem with my orders except for the past two weeks. I signed up for the service and ordered these bars and a Premier Protein Clear Protein Drink. In my shipment this month they put 2 packs of protein drinks in the same box as the protein bars. The box was water damaged and warped. When I opened the box, the candy boxes containing drinks were smashed and the candy boxes burst open. I called customer service and explained that I didn't feel comfortable eating these bars due to the COVID situation. They said they would send 2 boxes of replacement poles. I received the bars yesterday and opened a box. The bars are inedible. The chocolate chunks are stale, cloudy, and broken down. Best calcareous. You can't even eat them. Opened the second box. The bars were in the same condition. The chocolate pieces will flatten and fall apart. Both boxes are disgusting. I don't know how long they've been in storage, but they've definitely survived the heat and who knows what else. They go in the trash. I wouldn't even feed them to stray animals in the landfills here in Louisiana. Absolutely disgusting. I subscribed to them but I will be unsubscribing. This mess is not worth the money. Completely ruined my daily meal plan. I drink a pure protein drink in the morning, a Premier Protein Chocolate Shake at lunchtime and this bar at night. I got chills from Revain but they just sucked and were gross. Now I buy them through Walmart and recommend them to everyone. Well, my protein intake is messed up right now. I'm not getting all the protein I should be. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for it at Wal-Mart. I never had a problem with the freshness of them there. I don't know if they sent me this mess they sent me as I was complaining about my broken and open boxes. I opened three tonight and they all look just like these pictures. I don't see Revain getting it right as they sent me this crap as a replacement for their previous mistake. I mean, who ships 2 boxes of 12 16.9 ounce drinks in a box of protein bars and gum? According to customer service, the warehouse did this to save the box. Serious? Damaged the grid to save the crate. And yes, these drinks are heavy. Usually they are packed in a box with thick stickers on the outside. As a Prime member, I expected more from Revain. Especially since I do most of my shopping there. Have my monthly order arrive on August 1st. And they sent me a notification that my protein drinks will be out of stock and they don't know when they will be returning them. Despite the condition I got them from Revain, they usually taste great and I've been using them for a while. But that was when I ordered them in individual boxes. I may have to come back to that. They have never been damaged. Saving pennies on a subscription program isn't really a saving when you get spoiled food and can't eat it. The only reason I give them 1 star is because you have to rate them. Otherwise they would be minus 3
