Ruined my printer

Bought and six months later when I had to replace the ink cartridges Magenta ruined my printer. The printer became completely useless until I bought genuine Epson inks. .Do not recommend this external replacement for genuine Epson. I suspect the magenta cartridge had a bad chip so it wasn't communicating with the printer. The rest was fine, but the magenta really ruined my office result for two days.
