Good quality bag for the price and exactly as advertised. The product looks expensive and high quality. The straps are thick, not the cheap fabric straps I've seen on other bags. The material looks and feels like leather. It's not a shiny thin material, it's a perfect matte gray soft material. Overall very happy with the purchase!
