Thoughtful design, good quality but note that it is a bit more difficult to use than it may appear on the video - you will need to remove/replace screws/hexes to fit different parts/types of joints to reconfigure. But it's not that important. The reason for the generous 4 stars is that I have trouble with dowel holes that are too big (the pins are too loose although they are fine when glued). I don't know why, or it's because my drill bit isn't 100% straight, but I can say that soaking the dowels doesn't work (they shrink when dry) if that's what you tend to try. Their tech support voicemail message promised to call back within a day and they still haven't responded after two messages and several days. Companies that want to stay in business don't, and it's very frustrating when a project gets delayed because they don't bother to respond. I'm reasonably happy with the dowel clamp, but I won't be buying another product from this company for this reason.
