I really enjoy using this product and find it amazing when I get tension headaches as soon as they go away. It took me a while to adjust it to my head shape as there is a deep pressure message that can feel very intense and even painful until I adjust it so keep working with it. I get dizzy (in a good way) afterwards, so I usually use it in the evenings to relax. I don't like the three musical settings and find them very repetitive. I wish there was a way to adjust the volume. You can plug headphones into it and then just not wear them. I recommend this for people who need deep pressure massage, for some it can be quite intense. It's not really tingling on the scalp, it's more about pressure points. Another tip, if you have teenagers in the house, it's best to tell them what it's for, to avoid the disappointment we had in this house when they thought it was a quality VR headset!
