It's amazing and it's super tight! To be safe, I used a hood lock with a deadbolt. Installation: I didn't have a vise so I used a flat head screwdriver, wire cutters and a rubber mallet. removed, I pushed in the center until the plastic bolt broke and pryed slightly until the bolt popped out on one side. Then I replaced it with a new piece of plastic and held it on one end with a flathead screwdriver and tightened it from the other end. Much easier and safer than bending the latch assembly in a vise. Good product!
