Received these plates just yesterday and opened them this morning. The salad plates weren't broken, but at least half of the dinner plates were either broken or had scratches on the silver rim. Equally important, these plates are not as advertised. They are referred to as premium heavy-duty panels. They are thin and not even remotely heavy. Some reviews support my rating while others advertise excellent quality. I can tell you don't order if you want quality
