Missing parts, uncompressed dust boot is on wrong end making it difficult to reinstall. The trunk will rub against the chassis and slide out no matter what you do. The boot tore due to the friction of the boot on the chassis. I have two of these vans, one has these junk shocks, the other has Bilstein, and you absolutely get what you pay for. If you look at photos of other shock absorbers you will see that the boot is on the wrong side. Ride quality is obviously better than bad shocks, but it can't be a match for serious and responsible enterprise when you hit a decent bump or pothole and you're on the road. This is not the case with Bilstein. If you are looking for the right fit, security, stability and comfort then look elsewhere because they have none of it.
