Normal for such a price. The only thing that confuses me is that it has to be placed at a certain angle very close to the mouth for me to sound loud and clear. Otherwise the people on the other end of the line will tell me that they are hard of hearing. If I don't move it, it still sounds great. But I cycle it up and down throughout the day because I prefer to take my headset off when I'm not on a call. Or I move the mouthpiece to drink water. But every time I do it, it annoys me a little that I have to constantly readjust and ask the person I'm talking to if they can hear me well.
