With temp. When I was in my 30s here in Michigan, I wore a light blazer under a raincoat and stayed warm and dry in very rainy weather. I'm 5ft 9in, 180lbs. With a rather thin waist so the plus size definitely wasn't too big. If I were to buy again, I would also buy a very large one. The inner breast pocket can be zipped instead of Velcro and for the price this coat could do with a lot more which is why it gets 4 stars.
