I have two other heated eyelash curlers that are good but one has a comb that is too big and the lashes sometimes touch the heat and sometimes don't. One is also good, but the comb has a curve and when I touch the corner of my eyelash, the other part is away from my eyelid. This one is straight and thin so it touches all of my lashes the way I wanted it. I've only had all of these for a few weeks and this one I got yesterday have only used it twice so I'm not sure how long they will last. and a little info: removing the battery after use also helps. My only complaint at this point is that it's so thin that there's nothing to grab a part of because it doesn't easily separate to take the battery out, and it's also difficult to take out. All in all it will be a learning process, but a good one, because so far I like the heated version more than the clip version, which does nothing but stretch my eyelashes. And I've had short, straight, thin eyelashes from the start.
