Where have you been all my life?
These are very easy to use and make a world of difference for cakes and quiches. It's a lot easier than using foil. To clean, I just spray them in the sink with some vinegar and dawn, leave and rinse, then strain overnight. The next day I put them back in the little bag they came in so they're clean and ready for the next use.
