Great sound, but the microphone suddenly stopped working. Checked the internet, updated the firmware, the problem is the same. Checked online again and this seems to be a problem that others are having as well. They say it's a problem with the sound card. No need to speculate, I just want the headset to work. I admit that the build quality of the headset is good. It sits comfortably on my head and on my ears. I'm sorry about the microphone problem.
