This is one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I had a situation where the faucet head switch that changes the stream type got stuck in the spray mode. I decided to try reaching out via the website to see if I could buy just a new spray nozzle instead of a whole new unit. They informed me of a 5 year warranty I wasn't even aware I had and had the part to me at no charge within 4 days. An amazing experience and I'm so glad I can continue to use this great product!

Easy to install, straightforward instructions. The finish seems to be good as well. The water pressure through the faucet is good. This faucet is very functional. The movement on the actual handle/valve is smooth.

The faucet was quick easy to install and fit my standard stainless steel sink perfectly. The single locking lug was easy to tighten with my hand. The supply lines hooked right up to my water valves under my sink. We love the tall goose neck design and the pull down hose and sprayer are a great feature.

In a previous remodel we purchased a Moen that cost at least 3 times more yet this Arofa faucet works just as well, looks just as good and was easy to install and activate the 5 year warranty. We were concerned about the counter weight on a less expensive faucet and it has worked great. Definitely recommend this faucet and brand.

After reading the excellant reviews and seeing the great price I thought I would give this a shot. Little nervous at first because of the low price but I'm glad I did. Install was super easy and the material of this faucet was really nice. We went with black stainless and love the color for our new kitchen sink. Nice pressure and just an overall excellent product. Easy to install in 10 minutes. No description of the function of the shut off button. It is useless since it does not hold, you have to push it all the time to stop water flow.

Wasnt sure it would be easy to install, but I did it myself. Did not come with a tool to unscrew a nut under the sink so I was disappointed in that but I had another extra tool around the house and once I found that the installation went smoothly!

You are getting the real deal for a great price. No leaks (1 week into use. early i know). Great look, feel, usability. Install was easy. You don't need a wrench when securing the nut underneath the countertop. It's made big enough so that you can tighten easily with your hands. Truly 5 stars across the board.

Seems sturdy and a beautiful design (IMHO). The cinch nut was an incredible idea. It made the installation very easy. May not be durable.
