These valves are great. They come in a pack of two. They are really black, although the photo shows the opposite. Because they are universal, you will need to punch your own holes to fit whatever vehicle you intend to install them on. On my Civic, the shape matched the fender bolts perfectly so I didn't have to drill holes in the car. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone who wants functionality and good looks for little money. If you're uncomfortable/hesitating about aligning them, spend a little more to get flaps designed specifically for your vehicle. Good product.
