My collection could use some new additions, so I recently made a purchase from SLUYNZ in the hopes of finding some of those. Having said that, the poor quality of customer service that I experienced was a major letdown for me. My order arrived later than the estimated delivery date, and when I tried to get an update from their customer support team, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. My order took longer than the estimated delivery date. After waiting so long for my order to appear, I was even more dissatisfied when I saw the quality of the jewelry. In person, the prices appeared to be much more reasonable than they had been on the internet. When I attempted to return the goods, the procedure was very challenging and time consuming. It took more than a month to get my refund, and I had to pay for the transportation costs of returning the item myself. My time spent with SLUYNZ was, on the whole, a source of frustration and disappointment. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone in search of high-quality jewelery and helpful and friendly customer service.
