Love this product and this company!

I ordered the 3XL for our 42 lb Siberian Husky because she sleeps LONG. She would hang off of other bolster beds. The bed arrived rolled, compressed and sealed. It has a cover that goes over the foam for sanitary reasons. I suggest using the cover if your dog gets too hot on a foam bed. The foam was already covered with the outer fabric. It takes about 48 hours for the foam to completely expand. One corner of the foam stayed compressed and I called the company. They told me to use a steamer or steam iron about 4-6 inches away for the foam to help it expand. This worked almost immmediatly so don’t panic if you get a compressed corner. I also had a problem with the zipper on the outside cover which was irreparably broken and I needed to take the cover off in order to put the foam protection cover on the foam. I explained this problem and all I had to do was forward a picture of the damage and my ebay order confirmation email and I got a replacement cover right away. It was great to do business with a company who stands by their product! Because the weather is getting warmer I also slipped a cooling pad between the cloth cover and the foam cover. My husky took to the bed right away, sleeps all night on it, and stretches out without falling off. The bolsters are just big enough for her to feel them against her back (as most dogs love to do). I recommend this bed for every dog and I recommend this company.
