I am satisfied with the purchase. The bag is as described - I was concerned it was too big but it is the perfect size for a work bag and will hold a laptop, documents and other essentials if needed. The metal gray color is not too flashy, it is very beautiful and goes with everything. It looks well made, simple and elegant. The ONLY issues I have are: - It would be nice to have two phone pockets that fit larger devices. My iPhone 6 doesn't fit well in a large pocket and doesn't fit sideways so I can't use it for my phone. As I have a personal and a work phone it would be great to have pockets that hold both securely. However, I use the large pocket for things like travel card, work ID, etc. The smaller pocket only fits things like car keys, lipstick, etc. Ideally, there should be an outside pocket for keys or other things. Quick access to essentials. Otherwise this is a good bag. A small note on the SMELL - I didn't notice it! There may have been other comments on the smell, and the bags have now been aired before shipping, but there was only a faint scent of treated leather - not a big deal at all. LEATHER? Yes it's leather, you can tell by the grain - it's smooth but quite stiff which is good as the bag stands up well when placed on the floor/table. It's been treated and naturally dyed so it doesn't smell like pure natural leather - and when you look at the colors of these bags you'll see why!
