This product falsely claims to be FDA approved; However, this mask is not listed on the FDA website under EUA Personal Protective Equipment. Although there is an image of an FDA/CDRH approval letter stating that this request is pending, this is not the same as actually approving such use. This is why I am giving this mask 1 star because it misleads consumers and questions whether the mask is really as effective as they claim or is it just another fake that seems to be common in the protective mask space at the moment .
