SHIPPING/SERVICE: Item arrived very well packaged as in Fort Knox hard box. Very easy installation with protection from idiots. One of the brushes/wheels seized up on the first day. I sent the entire package back for an exchange and was very impressed with the service. Replacement Tecbot coming in 2 days! No questions! OPERATION: The current device has been running almost daily without problems for a month. I have a very complex traffic pattern in my open plan living room. Tecbot seems to "know" things better with each cleaning. I have pets and a wooden floor. Not to blow my horn, but I keep a very clean house. This device made me realize how much my dog/cat/human hair cleaning efforts elude my efforts. The only criticism is the height of the device. I wish it was thinner as it tends to get stuck under my sofa. I would buy this item again at any time.
