This is a praiseworthy product! The battery life alone should win your hearts; it's colossal enough. Considering you're a heavy user and listening to audio for say 12 hours and no more, you should have 6 days and then some energy left. On average, 8 hours a day makes 10 consecutive days! I have not yet exhausted the factory charge of the device received and I have used it for several hours over many days (I lost count) and the battery indicator on my smartphone (depending on your smartphone and its functions, especially with the Bluetooth you probably will Seeing the battery life shown on your screen - usually at the top of where your notification icons are - like network strength, message notifications, etc.) now shows half the full mark when I first started using it. In an age where audio fidelity is biased, "the W820BT is designed to reproduce natural, balanced sound" and it rings true! If you want to color your hearing with this headset, you need to adjust the EQ to your liking! It's not that hard to do on a computer (PC) or smartphone, if in doubt look for some YouTube videos about it! Now for consolation! I love these headphones because the ear pads are NOT round! These rounds annoy me passionately! Human ears aren't round, so I don't understand why other manufacturers/designers do it that way. Anyway, these headphones are round (elliptical if you will) so you can wear them all day without pinching your ears! They are light weight but strong enough in construction - please treat or take care of them well (they are not cannonballs so don't treat them as such) and they will last a lifetime! Earcups, concentric circles with embossed "EDIFIER" branding, control buttons flush on back of right earcup, power/play/pause/answer/end/virtual assistant button and volume rocker Fast forward/rewind button. It's simple and elegant in the same way and I'm glad I have it.
