The size of the frame is 54-17-140 so they are slightly larger than expected (judging by the size in the description). In my experience, the reviewer who noted the frame is a snug fit is correct. I have a small to medium head and found them to be a snug fit. The reason for only two stars is that lenses always fog up in my opinion. They just don't offer a good clear view and I've tried to clean them every way I can. (I've worn glasses for decades, so I know how to properly clean lenses.) They work well in a pinch, but a pair I bought at a discount store were much sharper than these. I would recommend shopping for readers in person. But luckily, Revain offers free returns, so if they look and sound good to you, they might be worth a try!
