This is a good case for the Retropie Playstation and is very good value for money. The added benefit of a safe shutdown and reboot is a real pleasure to buy. However, that's why I only had to give it 4 stars. You need to program the Pi to safely turn off with the case switch. which is easy enough, and there are great YouTube videos that make it easy to follow. In the first case, however, the system was not properly (safely) shut down. I contacted support but they only sent me links to youtube videos which are easy to find with a simple web search. I was going to ask for a refund but decided to exchange it for another case first. The second case worked correctly with no modifications to my system, so the first must have been incorrectly connected or damaged.
