First you need to assemble the case. It consists of six parts that you put together. There's nothing wrong with that, but I was a little surprised it didn't turn out that way. Make sure you remove the plastic wrap covering the parts before assembling the case - I didn't do this and had to disassemble the case to remove all the plastic. What I like about this case is that the top opens up. What I don't like is the included fan. It's noisy. Louder than my PC geek. Finally, I turned off the fan and added heatsinks to the Pi to provide heat.
