Much smaller than described and pictured. I was afraid I would break the chain just by picking it up. The heart itself is so small that it makes the letter on the heart even smaller. The well-defined "rocks" they show as letters in the image are actually flakes or dust. Was very disappointed with what actually came. I liked the individual approach, a small message and a small postcard. It was nice. Description and photos should be a bit more accurate. Now I doubt the necklace is even sterling silver. I hope the little girl gives it as a gift and she still likes it
