On my second box for me and my boyfriend and I love the results. One reviewer mentioned using it with a lighted blue tablet powered by your phone. We use both and they are amazing. We didn't use it without the blue lighted mouthpiece, sold separately. I think Starlite is the name. My teeth have always been pretty good but now I am very light and he needs help as he has never bleached. After a week at home I can really see the difference. He still has a week to make sure everything is working, but he probably won't stop there. And it's great that the sensitivity is almost zero.
