Very unique. - my new review
This oil has a unique flavor that is hard to describe, it has a velvety smooth texture about the same thickness as high quality roasted sesame oil but the flavor is very very unique.It is a cold pressed oil, so it has the natural volatile compounds, and you can absolutely taste it, almost like how pine sap has a little twang to it, this oil has a very unique little hint of "twang" almost like the aroma of juniper berries but nothing near as severe and not evergreen either, really different.
