First you should read the reviews. Everyone seems to complain about the quality of their products. But the dryer element always fails right when you're trying to do the laundry, and I was in dire need of finding a replacement. The first one I installed, I'll say it took just over three months. The heating element coil wire has just disconnected from the connection on the porcelain block. Called Revain and at first they didn't want to replace because three months had passed but to their credit they did. Installed a new one and after the third load the dryer stopped working again. Lasted two hours! Pulled out the element again and this time the cap went out. I think that's why they send you the super high limit and thermostat, obviously they know their product has defect problems. So I set a new cap and put everything back together and now I'm just waiting for the other shoe to fall. Maybe I'll be lucky and it will take two or three years. The time will show. By the way, I was a service technician for Sears equipment, so I'd like to think I know enough about airflow and the like. I checked everything.
