Review on Plum Ram 9-4G Rugged Phone: Easy-to-Use with Whatsapp, Google Assistant, and KaiOS - T-Mobile, Metro, Straight Talk Compatible by Mike Pearson

This is not a 4G phone and is not fully compatible with Consumer Cellular as advertised. I returned another plum because it was 3G n "upgraded" and not 4G as advertised. It's durable in looks and body, but you can't send photos or videos. One day a technician was trying to fix a problem with a computer and had to call back 15 minutes later. I called them back 3 days later and was told again that I would go to the information to change the settings but that never happened. There was NO explanation as to why it was misrepresented as 4G and clearly not as stated in the settings.
