The support team are always willing to help, even when you're not sure if it can do what your looking for! There have been times I've needed some extra guidance with something but they were quick at replying back asking me questions which has helped immensely in getting things working as intended.

Sometimes there seems like an age gap between new features being released compared to older versions of TYPHOON (which could be improved), this would make using newer version more difficult than necessary especially where compatibility issues arise from time-to-time - however we still use all current releases so no problems here yet :) It does everything it says on paper really well though sometimes minor bugs or quirks come up which isn't too much bother once ironed out.
