I like how easy it was for me as an admin of our website, which has over 100 employees in multiple locations across Canada (and soon Europe) - especially when you are new at this type job! The interface could be more user friendly if there were less options/buttons; however once we got used with all those buttons they became very helpful so no complaints here yet!! We have been able solve most issues via support tickets or emailing them directly but sometimes things can get lost along time…

The support team are always willing to help, even when you're not sure if it can do what your looking for! There have been times I've needed some extra guidance with something but they were quick at replying back asking me questions which has helped immensely in getting things working as intended. Sometimes there seems like an age gap between new features being released compared to older versions of TYPHOON (which could be improved), this would make using newer version more difficult than…

The best thing about this tool for me personally was how easy it made my job of managing leads so much easier! I like having everything in one place, which makes scheduling meetings with prospects/customers very simple as well (it also saves time!). It can be difficult at times when you're trying out new features or want more options than what they provide - but overall we've been happy using their product thus far!! We have not had any issues yet since implementing them into our business…
