Review on BeTyphon by Tim Ram

I like how easy it was for me as an admin of our website, which has over 100 employees in multiple locations across Canada (and soon Europe) - especially when you are new at this type job! The interface could be more user friendly if there were less options/buttons; however once we got used with all those buttons they became very helpful so no complaints here yet!! We have been able solve most issues via support tickets or emailing them directly but sometimes things can get lost along time between emails etc..

So having everything right under one roof makes life much easier :).
